  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    Orders will typically be delivered within one week. Expedited shipping is available for an additional cost. Orders received on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Can I order by phone?

    No, you may only order products through the website.

  • Is my order secure?

    Your credit card transactions are 100% secure at LyricStore.com. Your data arrives privately to our server and no one will gain access to your personal information.

  • What is your return policy?

    If there is an error on your order or if you are not satisfied with any of the products you ordered at LyricStore.com, contact us at info@coloradotimberline.com. We'll provide you with details on either sending a replacement product, or adding credit to your account.

  • Is there a discount if I order more than one of the same item?

    Yes, all orders of seven or more of the same item will receive a 10% discount.

Creating Designs

  • Are the lyrics embroidered on the apparel?

    No, they are printed on the apparel using specialized inkjet technology. Embroidered apparel is not available at LyricStore.com.

  • Can I edit the lyrics when I place them on the product I want to create?

    No, all lyrics on LyricStore.com are copyright protected and therefore cannot be changed or edited. You can select portions of the lyrics to print on your item of choice, but they must appear exactly as they were originally shown.

  • Can I insert a name, phrase, or other words into the lyrics to personalize my item?

    No, the lyrics may only appear in their original form.

  • Can I change the font size and style, and the text placement on my product?

    Yes, you can alter the font size and style, make all or parts of the text bold, italicized, or underlined, and print lyrics in two different locations on most apparel products (front and back).

  • Can I print my lyrics on any other products besides what you have available at your website?

    Only the products we feature at LyricStore.com are available to print custom lyrics on. But check the site periodically as we may add new products and options as they become available.

  • I can't find the lyrics I am looking for. Can I just type them in when I create my product?

    No, you may only create products at LyricStore.com with the lyrics we have available.

  • Can I remove the song copyright from the design?

    No, as the lyrics are copyright protected, we are legally obligated to print this on your product.

Existing Designs

  • Do I have to design my own, or are there pre-made designs to pick from?

    Yes, we have hundreds of pre-made designs to choose from. Click on any of the "design ideas" links to view them.

  • Can I submit my design for others to use?

    Yes. All designs submitted for consideration are reviewed by LyricStore.com. If approved, the design becomes property of LyricStore.com, and there will be no acknowledgement of designer, or payment for the design.

  • Can I put previously created designs on other products?

    Yes, just select the design you like, and change the product to the one desired.
